Eddie Merle Richmond

Eddie Merle Richmond, 86, of Beaumont, died on Saturday, December 2, 2017. She was born on November 21, 1931, to Lida Bell Green and Thaddeus C. Pate, in Linden, Texas.

Survivors include her husband, George Richmond, Sr., of Beaumont; daughters, Deborah Adams and Reesa V. Bryant and her husband, Greg; and son, George Richmond, Jr. and his wife Donna, all of Beaumont; brother, Jesse Earl Pate and his wife, Charlene; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her grandson, Everett Lee Allen; and great-great-granddaughter, Makayla Hope Wilcox.

A graveside service for Mrs. Richmond will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 7, 2017, at Haven of Rest Cemetery, Highway 90 West at Greenpond Road, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
