Kay Dee Remont

Kay Dee Remont, 79, of Houston, Texas, died peacefully on the 5th of October 2017. She was born in Beaumont, Texas on the 18th of October 1937, to Doris Emelene Johnson Doiron and Kearl Simon Doiron.

Kay Dee enjoyed and will be remembered for her needlepoint, cross stitch, knitting, crocheting, and sewing. She also loved cooking, reading, entertaining, traveling and animals.

Kay Dee, loving wife, mother and grandmother, is survived by her daughter, Dorree Colson and her husband, Michael; grandchildren, Daniel Colson and Walker Colson.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Larry Joseph Remont.

A Rosary will be recited at 10:00 a.m., with a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, 10th of October 2017, at St. Anne Catholic Church, 2715 Calder Avenue, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. Her interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
