Dominick Tuminello

April 22, 1922 - July 1, 2017

Dominick Tuminello, 95, of Beaumont, died Saturday, July 1, 2017, at Christus Hospital – St. Elizabeth, Beaumont. He was born on April 22, 1922, in Beaumont, to Annette Brocato and Sam Tuminello. Dominick was a United States Army veteran having served in World War II, he also retired as a salesman.

Survivors include his son, Claude Helveston and his wife, Etta, of Beaumont; sisters, Josephine Dana and Angelina Orlando, both of Lumberton; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Dominick is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Patricia Tuminello; and his parents. 

A gathering of Mr. Tuminello’s family and friends will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., with a Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 4, 2017, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 5, 2017, at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, 6825 Gladys Ave, Beaumont, with entombment to follow at Magnolia Cemetery, Beaumont.

Memorial contributions may be made to Texas Oncology, Beaumont-Mamie McFadden Ward Cancer Center, 690 North 11th Street, Beaumont, Texas 77702.
