Jasiel Faith Moreno

March 5, 2014 - July 5, 2017

Jasiel Faith Moreno, 3, of Beaumont, died Wednesday, July 5, 2017, at Texas Children’s Hospital, Houston. She was born on March 5, 2014, to Marina Flores Moreno and Jose Moreno, in Beaumont. Jasiel was a very happy and strong little girl who was a fighter.

Survivors include her parents, Marina and Jose L. Moreno; brothers, Jose Moreno, Jr. and Jeremiah Moreno; sisters, Jazmin Moreno and Jaileen Moreno; maternal grandparents, Blanca and Miguel Flores; and paternal grandparents, Sandra Baquedano and Jose R. Moreno, Sr.

A gathering of Jasiel’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Sunday, July 9, 2017, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Her funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, July 10, 2017, at Calvary Baptist Church, 3650 Dowlen Road, Beaumont. Interment will follow at Haven of Rest Cemetery, Beaumont.

Memorial contributions may be made to the National MPS Society, c/o Donations, P.O. Box 14686, Durham, North Carolina 27709.

Princess Jasiel will be greatly loved and missed by all family and church family.

Jasiel was a wonderful sister and daughter and was molded in our lives. She was a MPS I Hurler warrior and fought until her last breath. Jasiel cared about and loved everyone she met. She was a perfect angel that God sent us from Heaven to bring us peace and love, and she will be forever missed.
