Joyce Elaine Sheffield

Joyce Elaine Sheffield, 73, of Beaumont, died Saturday, March 11, 2017. She was born on August 5, 1943, in Del Rio, to Venus Creech Seal and Milton Seal. Joyce was a retired teacher’s aide with Beaumont Independent School District. She loved ceramics, painting, and cooking for her family.

Joyce is survived by her sons, Tommy Sheffield and his wife, Tiffany; and Terry Coleman and his wife, Jackie; grandchildren, Nicole Coleman, Alexis Price, Logan Sheffield, Dustin Bob, Justine Garrett, Tamara Sheffield, Kayla Lawrence, and Danisha Patrick; six great-grandchildren; and her special friend, Troy Allen. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, David Earl Sheffield; and sisters, Francis Seal and Faye Silva.

A graveside service for Mrs. Sheffield will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 18, 2017, at Adams Cemetery, Logan, Texas, under the direction of Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont.
