Robert Wayne Saurage

October 14, 1944 - October 26, 2017

Bobby Saurage, 73, of Beaumont, died Thursday, October 26, 2017, at Christus Hospitals – St. Elizabeth, Beaumont. He was born on October 14, 1944, in Beaumont, to Leola Cannon Saurage and Olen Wellington Saurage, Sr. Bobby loved giraffes, dancing, gardening, and collecting antiques.

He is survived by his wife, Susan Saurage; stepson, Alan Munson; daughter, Ashley Saurage; son, Hunter Saurage; brother, Jodie Saurage and his wife, Elaine; sister, Martha Ann Perez; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Bobby is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Judy Gwen Picou and Elodie McCallen; and brothers, Olen W. Saurage, Jr. and Howard Saurage.

A gathering of Mr. Saurage’s family and friends will be from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Monday, October 30, 2017, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. His funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 31, 2017, at Broussard’s, with his interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
