Ruth “Granny Red” Heinrich

November 4, 1927 - July 15, 2017

Ruth “Granny Red” Heinrich, 89, of Beaumont, died Saturday, July 15, 2017. She was born on November 4, 1927, in Browndell, to Matilda Angeline Brack and William Ira Lott, and had been a longtime resident of Beaumont.

She is survived by her daughter, Charlott Giblin and her husband, Donald, of Woodville; granddaughter, Shandra Tatom and her husband, John, of Silsbee; great-grandchildren, Baylee Savoy, Brady Tatom, Adysan Tatom, Maci Tatom, and Chad Tatom; great-great-grandson, Mitchell Tatom; and brother, Kenneth Lott.

Ruth is preceded in death by her husband, Lee G. Heinrich.

A special thanks to Cheryl Barry, and all of the caregivers that took such great care of our “Granny Red”.

A gathering of Mrs. Heinrich’s family and friends will be from 4:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 18, 2017, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Her funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 19, 2017, at Broussard’s, with her interment to follow at 2:00 p.m., at Mount Zion Cemetery, US-287 and CR 2097, Chester.
