Soprenia Ann Hardin

On July 15, 1968, in Anahuac, Texas, Soprenia Avery was born to the late Clarence Avery and Cama Speights Haskins. She was raised by step-father, Vivian Haskins who also preceded her in death.

Soprenia was baptized in Christ at an early age at the Hankamer Church of Christ. She attended Anahuac High School until her junior year and later graduated from Killen High School, in Killen, Alabama. She furthered her education at Prairie View A & M University and later wed James Hardin, in March, 1988. In this union, one child was born.

Soprenia leaves to cherish her memories her mother: Cama Lay Haskins of Hankamer, Texas; one child: Andreca Hardin, of Lewisburg, Tennessee; five sisters: Shelia Dowdy (Cavon) of Barrett Station, Texas; Sylvia Coates of Hankamer, Texas; Donna Coates (Anthony) of Humble, Texas; Violet Nobles (Kenneth) of Southlake, Texas; Jennifer George (Angus) of Highlands, Texas; one brother: Quinton Haskins (Anita) of Rockwall, Texas; one half-brother: Jeff Avery of Houston, Texas; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Soprenia departed this life on June 29, 2017 at 8:15 p.m.
