Arlene Davis

Arlene Davis, 86, of Nederland, died Sunday, November 3, 2019, at Silsbee Oaks Health Care. She was born January 7, 1933, in Roscommon, Michigan, to Cora Lee Chapman Carlson and William Carlson.

Survivors include her sons, James M. Davis and Kim Davis; brother, Conrad Carlson; grandchildren, Jordan Whitman; Whitney Whitman; and Chelsea Parrish; great-grandchildren, Callie Whitman; Ariel Whitman-Smith; Taylor Bielecki; Mae Bielecki; and soon-to-be, Abigail Parrish.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Cora Lee and William Carlson; husband, James L. Davis; daughter, Carlene Whitman; sister, Mona Wallace; and brother, Bruce Carlson.

A gathering of Mrs. Davis’ family and friends will be from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland, followed by her graveside service at 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, November 6, 2019, at Memory Gardens of Jefferson County, 3098 U.S. 69 Access Road, Nederland.
