Henry Carl Mueller, Jr. “Junior”, 90, of Fannett, died Sunday, July 7, 2019, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas, Beaumont. He was born on July 13, 1928, in Lake Charles, Louisiana, to Henry Carl Mueller, Sr. and Alma Schultz Mueller, and was a United States Air Force veteran.

Survivors include his wife of sixty-two years, Louella LaBouve Mueller; daughter, Linda Mueller Petticrew and her husband, Ray, of Cheek; sons, Benny Mueller and his wife, Brenda, of Fannett and Bruce Mueller and his companion, Stacy Gollihare, of Silsbee; sisters, Marian Hardin and Ruth Poskey and her husband, Pat; and Patsy Holliday and her husband, Buck; brother, Vern Mueller and his wife, Julia; grandchildren, Phillip Lauve and his wife, Tyana; Patrick Mueller and his wife, Lindsey; Jeffrey Jannise and his wife, Chelsea; B.J. Oster and his wife, Bethany; and Justin Oster; great-grandchildren, Cheyenne and Karsyn Lauve; Hannah and Mya Louviere; and Alexandra Jannise; and a host of nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Richard Mueller; and sisters, Dorothy Leger and Linda Mueller Walton.

A gathering of Mr. Mueller’s family and friends will begin at 8:00 a.m., with his funeral service to follow at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, July 11, 2019, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. His interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to Dr. Gary R. Clayton, his staff, Dr. Srinantha Kumar and the staff at Baptist Hospital for their kindness and compassion for their father, grandfather, and brother.
