John Earl Hamilton, 60, of Saratoga, died Friday, May 15, 2020. He was born on October 25, 1959, in Kountze, to Nancy Jane Collins Hamilton and Cloid Hamilton, Jr.

Survivors include his significant other, Stacy Collins of Saratoga; children, Roger “Wee Man” Collins and his wife, Callie, of Honey Island; Heather Michelle Stewart and her husband, Jessie, of Folsom, Louisiana; Laci Joan Overstreet and her husband, Danny, of Honey Island; stepdaughter, Jessie Walters of Honey Island; grandchildren, Sawyer Stewart, Blake Stewart, Abby Collins, Finley Collins, and Coy Collins; sisters, Susie Williams, Shawn Williams, Michelle Williams, and Kelli Craig; brother, Cloid Hamilton III; and numerous nieces and nephews. John is preceded in death by his parents.

A gathering of Mr. Hamilton’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Monday, May 18, 2020, at Brossard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee. His funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 19, 2020, at Broussard’s, his interment to follow at Jordan Cemetery, Honey Island. Please observe social distancing guidelines.
