Kerry Kris Campbell

December 24, 1964 - November 20, 2019

Kerry Kris Campbell, 54, of Livingston, died Wednesday, November 20, 2019. He was born on December 24, 1964, to Bernice Wolf Campbell and Woodrow Wilson Campbell, in Salina, Kansas. Kerry loved football! He was an avid Houston Texans fan, and a fan of any team that played the Cowboys. One of his most beloved vacation destinations was the beach. He enjoyed camping out and fishing. You’d often catch him with his trusty old fishing pole and tackle box in the truck. Since Kerry was born on Christmas Eve he especially loved the holiday, but he hated sharing the Christmas Eve celebration with his birthday. It was his most decorated holiday. He enjoyed dressing as Santa, and he and the boys set up light displays for the neighborhood to enjoy every year. He even won an award for best Christmas light display. He had a special smile and a contagious laugh, and he was always the life of the party. He left an impression on everyone he came across, and never hesitated to lend a helping hand! He will be terribly missed by all his friends and family.

Kerry was preceded in death by his father, Woodrow Campbell and siblings, Patrick, George, and June Campbell.

Kerry is survived by his mother, Bernice Campbell. Sons, Justin Campbell, Jacob Campbell and his wife, Ferran; Garrett Campbell and his wife, Samiha; and mother of the 3 sons, Janneth Campbell. He also leaves behind his siblings; Alfred Campbell, Lori Campbell, Patti Campbell Valerie Campbell and Woodrow Campbell. He also had 4 beautiful grandchildren, Adrian Estrada, Heaven Campbell, Zyan Campbell, and Caleb Campbell; and his emotional support dog, Aaliyah.

A gathering of Mr. Campbell’s family and friends will be from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., with a Time of Sharing at 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 27, 2019, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.

A flood gate of beautiful memories have been relived as we recall what made you so special and so loved. I’ll never forget your mischievous smiles that would turn to boisterous laughter that were annoyingly contagious! You’ll always be my FBIL and until the day God calls me home, you’ll be in my dreams, thoughts, and prayers. I will look forward to seeing you in heaven in the presence of our Lord and Savior Jesus where there is no more death or mourning or crying or pain. Rest in God’s peace my brother, I love you forever! Your FSIL, Viv
