Miranda Sue Vazquez

Miranda Sue Vazquez, 40, of Nederland, died Wednesday, April 28, 2021, at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas, Port Arthur. She was born March 25, 1981, in Nederland, to Marella Sue Harrington Nelson and Richard Nelson.

Miranda enjoyed watching her television movies and series. She especially loved to watch her daughter play sports and spending quality time with her granddaughter. She loved having long conversations with her daughters, as well as, having “get togethers” with her family and friends.

Survivors include her husband, Gustavo Vazquez; daughters, Madalyn, Katherine, and Jasmine Vazquez; granddaughter, Emersyn Ballance, all of Nederland; brother, Coy Nelson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Chris Nelson and Troy Baker.

Cremation arrangements for Miranda are being handled through Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland.
