I met you when I was in most need of a friend and confidante. You were both and for many years we talked for hours on the phone, laughing and crying and sharing personal stories. Then our lives went in separate directions and we lost track, but I was never surprised to answer my phone and here “hey. Watcha doin?” and be thankful that it was my dear, loved friend Stephanie. We must have had premonitions, because her calls came exactly when I needed her. This time, I was a day too late. Something told me to give her a call, but when I signed in to Facebook, there was the post that none of us want to see. I was too, late, and she was gone. I cried as I weep today, wondering if she knew how much I loved her and valued her friendship. I realize that I could not have seen her, but maybe I could have told her how much she meant to me. So, please know, Wesley, Casey, Paulette, Vaughn and the rest of her huge family, that your mom or your sister was the best friend to many, the best mom, the best sister and to me, one of the most important people to have been a part of my life. I will miss you and love you forever, my friend Stephanie.

Casey, Wesley, Vaughn, Steve, Charlie, and Paulette and all her family - please accept our condolences and sympathy! Stephanie was a wonderful friend. Every time I saw her.....I was always greeted with a big beautiful smile! She had such a huge heart! This is not how we wanted the story to end, but as believers we hold onto faith that we will all be together one day in eternity with our Lord! She will be greatly missed. Much love and prayers for each one of her family!
