Arthur Albert Guidry, Sr.

November 5, 1952 - March 29, 2020

Arthur Albert Guidry, Sr., 67, of High Island, died Sunday, March 29, 2020. He was born on November 5, 1952, in Galveston, to Zenith Barbara Blume Guidry and Robert Lewis Guidry.

Survivors include his wife, Diana Guidry, of High Island; sons, Arthur Guidry, Jr. and his wife, Rene, of Winnie and Michael Farrell and his wife, Mercedes, of High Island; brothers, James Guidry and William Guidry, both of High Island; sister, Evelyn McCagg, of Port Bolivar; and grandchildren, Trent Guidry; Kade Guidry; Jayden Guidry; Kanten Farrell; and Kane Farrell.

He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Jasen Guidry; and sisters, Georgia Maples and Barbara Standley.

A family gathering for Mr. Guidry will be Wednesday, April 1, 2020, with a family interment to follow, at Port Bolivar Cemetery, Port Bolivar.
