Billy Scott

Billy Ray Scott, 77, of Saratoga, died Sunday, March 22, 2020. He was born on August 23, 1942, in Beaumont, to Annie Adline Barrow Scott and Armour Hugh Scott.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy Scott of Saratoga; children, Kaye Manley and her husband, Steve, of Lufkin; Kenny Scott of Pineland; Karen Stasinos and her husband, Mike, of Nome; Josie Stover of Saratoga; John Scott of Chicago, Illinois; Kimberly Free; Karla Burnett and her husband, Kyle, all of Saratoga; brother, Robert Scott and his wife, Ruth, of Sour Lake; sister, Peggy Biano of Las Vegas; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Billy is preceded in death by his parents; son, Kevin Ray Scott; grandson, Dustin Luna; two sisters; and two brothers.

A family graveside service will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 25, 2020, Felps Cemetery, Thicket, under the direction of Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.
