Chase Lynn Braquet, Sr., 24, of Port Neches, died Tuesday, June 16, 2020. He was born on June 3, 1996, in Port Arthur, to Daphne Aline Moore Braquet and Kerry Lynn Braquet.

Survivors include his mother, Daphne Aline Braquet, of Port Neches; twin brother, Chandler Ray Braquet, of Pasadena; sisters, Breanna Aline Braquet, of Nederland and Kera Regina Braquet and her wife, Lindsey, of Port Neches; maternal grandparents, Donna Block Davis and her husband, Stanley, of Port Neches and Archie Moore, of Labelle; sons, Bentley Ray Braquet, of Port Neches and Chase Lynn “C.J.” Braquet, Jr., of Beaumont; and aunt, Chantelle Nixon, of Austin.

He is preceded in death by his father, Kerry Lynn Braquet; grandmother, Phyllis Lynette Fruge; and uncle, Karl Braquet, Jr.

A gathering of Chase’s family and friends will be from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Sunday, June 21, 2020, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. His funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, June 22, 2020, at Broussard’s, Nederland, with his interment to follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park, Port Neches. Please observe social distancing guidelines.
