Connie Kay Barrow

Connie Kay Barrow, 59, of High Island, died Friday, January 18, 2019. She was born on December 18, 1959, in Beaumont, to Geraldine Hebert Hester and Robert Burl Hester.

Survivors include her husband, Claude Barrow of High Island; son, Robert Barrow and his wife, Stormy, of Port Bolivar; grandchildren, Wyatt, Clayton, and Eli Barrow of Port Bolivar; brothers, Robert Hester of Winnie and Donald Hester of High Island; and sister, Deniese Hester of Winnie.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Nannette Hester.

A gathering of Mrs. Barrow’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 23, 2019, at St. Matthew’s Methodist Church, 1308 Weeks Avenue, High Island. Her funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, January 24, 2019, at St. Matthew’s Methodist Church, High Island, under the direction of Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie. Her interment will follow at High Island Cemetery.
