Cynthia Ramirez, 65, of Beaumont, died Wednesday, March 31, 2021. She was born on January 30, 1956, in Port Arthur, to Anita Marie Rodriguez and Manuel Menchaca. 

Cynthia enjoyed cooking, soap operas, crime tv, and was a DIE HARD Dallas Cowboys and Astros fan. She was the best mom and grandmother and always put others first. She was a great wife, friend, sister, and daughter. Her laugh was addicting, and she loved unconditionally. Cynthia was at every event possible for her children. She was always the first to let them know she was proud of them and was always there for them, no matter what. 

Survivors include her husband, David Ramirez; mother, Anita Menchaca; son, Manuel Menchaca; daughter, Jessica Sanchez; sons, Carlos Rodriguez and Angel Rodriguez; stepdaughter, Vicki Ramirez; stepson, David Harmon; sisters, Alma Lopez, Maria Menchaca, and Belinda Menchaca; grandchildren, Manuel Menchaca, Jr., Raymundo Menchaca, Royce Menchaca, Zoe Sanchez, Cruz Sanchez, Carlos Rodriguez, Jr., Jesus Rodriguez, Isabella Rodriguez, Isaac Rodriguez, Jazmine Escamilla, Adrian Escamilla, Angelica Aviles, Triston Rodriguez, Olivia Rodriguez, Isaiah Ramirez, Marcus Williams, Tianna Taylor, Kyla Harmon, Sunshine Harmon, and Bella Harmon; brothers-in-law, Fred Ramirez, Abel Ramirez, Danny Lopez, Sr., and Paul Lona; sisters-in-law, Elpidia Lujan, Adela Morales, Martha Canaba, and Letty Murphy; son-in-law, Willie Sanchez; and daughters-in-law, Myrna Menchaca, Melissa Aviles, Melissa Rodriguez, and Allisha Harmon. 

Her Rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m., with a gathering of Mrs. Ramirez’s family and friends to follow until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, April 8, 2021, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 9, 2021, at St. Anthony Cathedral Basilica, 700 Jefferson Street, Beaumont, with her interment to follow at Live Oak Cemetery, Beaumont.
