David Lee Fuselier

July 15, 1958 - October 27, 2018

David Lee Fuselier of Beaumont, Texas, passed away in Baptist Hospital surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, October 27, 2018. He was 60 years old. David was born July 15, 1958, in Beaumont. He attended Forest Park High School and Lamar University, where he majored in finance. He was a member of the Sigma Nu fraternity and remained life-long friends with many of his fraternity brothers. David loved to golf, fish and watching many sports.

He worked as an investment advisor for Argent trust, a firm that he helped start. He was passionate about his work and loved the excitement and intensity of the investment world.

David was a member of the Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church. The family takes solace in knowing that he has passed onto another life joining the arms of Christ.

David is survived by his wife, Christal Fuselier; his children, Brittany Smith O’Neal, Nicholas Fuselier and Victoria Fuselier; and his grandchildren, Dylan O’Neal, Abigayle O’Neal, and Aidyn O’Neal, all of Beaumont, Texas; his father, Edward Fuselier of Beaumont; his brother, Gregg Fuselier and his wife, Dora Fuselier, of Nacogdoches, Texas; his sister, Pam Barbe and her husband, Scott Barbe, of Houston, Texas; and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Annabelle Fuselier and sister, Suzanne Fuselier, both of Beaumont.

A gathering of Mr. Fuselier’s family and friends will be from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 31, 2018, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. A family committal will be held at Broussard’s Crematorium.

I am so sad that David had to leave this world so soon..I never saw David or "Fuzz" to his fraternity brothers, when he didn't have a smile on his face and wasn't happy and didn't make everyone around him happy. as well.God bless his soul.
