Dolores “Lola” Hernandez

Dolores “Lola” Hernandez, 80, of Beaumont, died Sunday, July 23, 2017. She was born on March 19, 1937, to Consuelo Cantu and Porfirio Martinez.

Dolores is survived by her husband, Richard Hernandez, Sr. of Beaumont; children, Richard Hernandez, Jr. of Cypress; Carlos Hernandez and his wife, Ana, of Beaumont; Daniel Hernandez and his wife, Monica, of Cypress; and Diane Martinez Barbosa; grandchildren, Carlos Hernandez, Jr., Kourtney Clark, Nicholas, Camilla, Cayla, Anabella, Sarina, and Caleb Hernandez; great-grandchildren, Ethan, Avery, and Raleigh Hernandez; and Kylee Clark; brother, Porfirio Martinez; and sisters, Opheila Cook and Theresa Gonzales.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Faith Valdez, Hope Tejada, Claude Martinez, Consuelo Connie Martinez Gonzalez, and Joseph Anthony Martinez.

A gathering of Mrs. Hernandez’s family and friends will be 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 26, 2017, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. Her funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 27, 2017, at Broussard’s, with her interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
