Donald Arthur

Donald Arthur Dunn, 86, of Nederland, died Friday, January 5, 2018. He was born on July 11, 1931, in Erie, Pennsylvania, to Helen Freda Johnson Dunn and Albert A. Dunn. Donald was an United States Army veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Pauline “Polly” Dunn of Nederland; daughters, Katherine Schexnayder and her husband, Eric, of Port Neches and Sandra Dunn of Nederland; grandchildren, Andy Snider and his wife, Shelby; Stefanie Wright and her husband, Matt; and Steven Schexnayder; and great-grandchildren, Madi Wright, Levi Wright, Paxton Snider, Logan Wright, and Cooper Snider.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, K.C. Dunn and Jerry Dunn.

A gathering of Mr. Dunn’s family and friends will be from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., with a Christian Vigil at 5:00 p.m., Monday, January 8, 2018, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, January 9, 2018, at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 211 Hardy Avenue, Nederland, with his interment following at Oak Bluff Memorial Park, Port Neches.
