Donnie Ruth DuBose

Donnie Ruth DuBose, 89, of Lumberton, died Wednesday, March 29, 2017.  She was born on August 6, 1927, in Zavalla, to Elizabeth Hornsby King and Johnny King. 

Survivors include her children, David DuBose and his wife, Becky and Penny Ratcliff and her husband, Mike, all of Lumberton; and grandchildren, Michael DuBose and Shane DuBose, both of Lumberton; First Class Petty Officer, Chris Ratcliff and his wife, Amber, of Holly Ridge, North Carolina; and Candace Ratcliff and Logan Ratcliff, both of Lumberton.  She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, King Kirk DuBose; and siblings.

A gathering of Mrs. DuBose’s family and friends will be 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., Sunday, April 2, 2017, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.  Her service will 10:00 a.m., Monday, April 3, 2017, at Broussard’s, with her interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
