Dorothy Fregia

Dorothy Mae Fregia, 86, of Kountze, died Sunday, June 14, 2020. She was born on November 16, 1933, in Atlanta, to Myrtle Carter and James Sparks.

Survivors include her children, Joyce Callaway of Honey Island; Richard Allen Fregia and his wife, Carol, of Honey Island; Donnie Ray Fregia and his wife, Tracie, of Hardin; Sissy Rice and her husband, Robert; Sheila Soileau; Jerry Fregia and his wife, Karen; and Connie Clifton and her husband, Donnie, all of Honey Island; grandchildren, Sharon Brittain and her husband, Jack, of Hamshire; Kristy Bowman and her husband, Craig, of New Braunfels; Lisa Wilkerson and her fiancé, Toby Mitchell, of Silsbee; Elizabeth Wilkerson of Wisconsin; and numerous other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Dorothy is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Fregia; parents; son, Larry Wilkerson; and two brothers.

A gathering of Mrs. Fregia’s family and friends will begin 9:00 a.m., with her funeral service at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 20, 2020, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee. Her interment will follow at Resthaven Cemetery, Silsbee. Please observe social distancing guidelines.
