Dorothy M. Wild
Dorothy M. Wild, 96, of LaPorte, passed Saturday, April 8, 2017. She was born on June 18, 1920, in Beaumont, to Fannie Harrington Van Norstrand and William Van Norstrand. Dorothy had been a longtime resident of the Winnie area, before moving to La Porte.
Mrs. Wild is survived by daughter, Colette Davis and her husband, Royce, of La Porte; grandson, Jeremy Wickland, of La Porte; granddaughter, Megan Holder, of La Porte; great-grandsons, Ethan, Keegan and Phoenix Holder, all of La Porte.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Chadwick Alvoy Wild; and brother, William Van Norstrand.
A gathering of Mrs. Wild’s family and friends will begin at 10:00 a.m., with her funeral service to follow at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 12, 2017, at Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Winnie.
