Eden Malmberg

Eden James Malmberg, 2, of Beaumont, passed away Monday, January 14, 2019, at Christus Hospital-St. Elizabeth, Beaumont. He was born on August 31, 2016, in Beaumont, to Laura McEachern Malmberg and Aubrey Malmberg.

Eden is survived by his parents, Laura and Aubrey Malmberg; sister, Marley “Peanut” Floyd; and brother, Dallen “Bub” Floyd; and maternal grandparents, Terea “Nana” and Lou “PawPaw” McEachern, all of Beaumont; paternal grandparents, Paul Malmberg, of Lumberton and Vicki Chapell, of Mauriceville; maternal great-grandpaw, Marvin McEachern Sr.; uncle, Christopher “Nuk” McEachern, of Beaumont; cousin, Taylin McEachern; uncle, William and Jessica McEachern, and their three children, Noah, Emeri, and Jonah of Lumberton; and Uncle Brendan and Aunt Natalie Rye of Port Neches, and their boys, Ian, Zaron, Daegen, and Jaxson; Aunt Celena and Gabe Zacchai, and their two boys, Uriah and Jaden of Maine; and Aunt Leah Scully and Chuck of Beaumont.

A gathering of Eden’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Saturday, January 19, 2019, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. His funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, January 20, 2019, at First Baptist Church Hamshire, 25304 Highway 124, Hamshire, with his interment to follow at China Cemetery.
