Esperanza Barajas De Hernandez

Esperanza Barajas De Hernandez, 69, of Beaumont, died Monday, August 17, 2020. She was born on February 2, 1951, to Eva Mejia and Jose Guadalupe Barajas, in Los Reyes, Michoacan, Mexico.

Survivors include her husband, Manuel Hernandez; daughters, Blanca Esthela of Phoenix, Arizona; Esperanza of Sacramento, California; Veronica of Baytown; Norma Esmeralda of Port Arthur; son, Juan Manuel of Beaumont; eighteen grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Yolanda Barajas.

A gathering of Mrs. Barajas’ family and friends will be from 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., with a Rosary recited at 11:30 a.m., Thursday, August 20, 2020, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Her cremation arrangements will be handled through Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
