Ethel Shuart

Ethel Inez Shuart, 82, of San Antonio, died Tuesday, August 22, 2017. She was born on July 28, 1935, in Beaumont, to Inez Shannon Werner and Fred Werner.

Survivors include her children, Cynthia Shuart of Georgia; Frances Bergstrom of Warren; Bethany Shuart and Scott Shuart,and his wife, Kehaulani, all of San Antonio; and Karen Payne and her husband, Gregory, of Hickory, North Carolina; twenty grandchildren; thirty-two great-grandchildren; and sister, Patsy Sasser of Lumberton. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Shuart; son, Robbie Shuart; and sister, Freda Werner.

A gathering of Mrs. Shuart’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00m p.m., Saturday, August 26, 2017, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee. Her graveside service will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, August 27, 2017, at Turner Branch Cemetery, Spurger.
