Frances Phillips

Frances Phillips, 93, of Beaumont, died Sunday, October 27, 2019, at Christus Hospital-St. Elizabeth, Beaumont. She was born on September 29, 1926, to Frances LaSalle Rizzato and Nick Rizzato, in Beaumont.

Survivors include her daughter, Charlene Phillips, of Beaumont; son, James Phillips and his wife, Renee, of Orange; four grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and brother, Joseph Rizzato, of Beaumont.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Howard Phillips.

A gathering of Mrs. Phillips’ family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 29, 2019, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. Her funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 30, 2019, at Broussard’s, with her interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
