Helen Cannon

Helen Cannon, 85, of Silsbee, died Wednesday, January 2, 2019. She was born on February 2, 1933, Sewickley, Pennsylvania, to Frances White Hawn and David Hawn.

Survivors include her husband, Oldin F. Cannon; son, Patrick A. Cannon and his wife, Diane; brother, Robert W. Hawn and his wife, Vida; sister-in-law, Judy Hawn; seven grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and ten nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; son, George F. Cannon; brothers, William D. Hawn and David A. Hawn; and sister and brother-in-law, Betty and James Barrow.

Helen’s memorial service will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 11, 2019, at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, 4090 Delaware, Beaumont. Her interment will be held at Cannon Cemetery, Shelbyville, Texas at a later date. Her committal was held at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
