Hensley McCarty

Hensley Blayke McCarty, eight days old, of Northlake, died Monday, October 7, 2019. She was born on September 29, 2019, in Galveston, to Mary Margaret McCarty.

Survivors include her adoptive parents, Michelle and Boots McCarty; birth mother, Mary McCarty; twin brother, Harrison Bennett McCarty; sisters, Shanice Hagler and Clarissa Hagler; brother, Tyler Hagler; and numerous loving aunts, uncles, and other family who loved her dearly.

Hensley is preceded in death by her grandfather, Mark Tommy McCarty; grandmother, Shoney Thompson; and great-grandmother, Patricia Dowden.

A memorial mass for Hensley’s family and friends will be at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, October 13, 2019, at St. Marks Catholic Church, 905 North 9th Street, Silsbee. A private family committal was held at Broussard’s Crematorium, under the direction of Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.
