Irby E. Hebert

Irby E. Hebert, 91, of Beaumont, died Monday, May 1, 2017. She was born on December 28, 1925, to Charlotte Beaubouef McNeal and Ralph McNeal, in Alexandria, Louisiana. Irby retired from the administration office of the Texas A&M AgriLIFE Research Center.

Survivors include her sons, Mike J. Hebert and his wife, Janice, of Beaumont and Ron Hebert and his wife, Margie, of Dickinson; son-in-law, Marshall Hennington of Rayburn Country; grandchildren, Jason Hebert; Ryan Hebert; Melissa Hebert; Connie Dillon and her husband, Mike; Brian Hebert and his wife, Roxanne; Allen Hebert and his wife, Rebecca; Charlotte Hennington; and John Hennington; and eight great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas George Hebert and daughter, Theresa Hebert-Hennington.

A gathering of Mrs. Hebert’s family and friends will begin at 1:00 p.m. with her funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 4, 2017, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Her interment will follow at Haven of Rest Cemetery, Beaumont.
