Worked with John many years at Houston Chemical/PD Glycol. Always put a smile on my face when we came together. The kind of man you couldn’t help but like. Haven’t seen him in quite a few years, and regret it. He was a gentle giant. RIP old friend.

John was a principled, ethical, stand up man that loved his Family. John and I worked together many years where he taught me a lot about persevering through the toughest work by never taking shortcuts and doing it the right way, while his wit would lighten the load with a joke or conversation to help get us through. I believe his Military training was some of what he was relating when he would often relate to a higher goal of Family or God, helping put things into a higher perspective. John was so proud of his kids and would often relate what was going on with them, since he was that kind of a caring person. Everyone that met John was better for the experience and I know I will miss him. Rest In Peace Buddy and enjoy Your Bliss in Eternity.
