John Philip Figari

November 25, 1949 - June 19, 2020

John Figari, 70, of Lumberton, died Friday, June 19, 2020.  He was born on November 25, 1949, in Beaumont, Texas, to Louise Campbell Figari and Ernest Figari, Sr.  John retired in 2017, from Wholesale Electric, where he was an operation manager.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley Figari; children, Ronnie Freeman and his fiancé, Mendy Erickson, of Vidor; Michael Freeman and his wife, Kristie; Travis Freeman and his wife, Najet, of Pasadena; John Figari, Jr. and his wife, Shanna, of Katy; and Scott Figari and his wife, Michelle, of Bridge City; grandchildren, Morgan, Bryce, Reese, Marlee, Stephanie, Russell, Brandyn, Mason, Makenzie, Cody, and Landon; brother, Ernest E. Figari, Jr. and his wife, Elizabeth, of Dallas; sister, Mary Figari Elberle, and her husband, Joe; and nieces and nephews, Alexander, Aubrey, Sara, Ryan, and Joshua.  He is preceded in death by his parents.

Mr. Figari’s committal was held at Broussard’s Crematorium.

John was such a special person in my life. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him . I will never forget him! My thoughts and prayers to him family.
