John Lozano, Sr.

John Lozano, Sr., 69, of Beaumont, died Tuesday, March 7, 2017, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas, Beaumont. He was born on November 5, 1947, to Lucy Garcia Lozano and Joe Lozano, in Rose City, Texas, and was a United States Marine Corp veteran. John retired from Mobil Oil Refinery as an Operations Supervisor.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Delia Arciva Lozano and siblings, Ruth Lozano, Arthur Lozano, Mary Martinez, and Pat Lozano Day. 

Survivors include his son, John Lozano, Jr. and his wife, Rosemary, of Houston; daughter, Lisa Jones and her husband, Gene, of Beaumont; grandchildren, Kali Lozano, Shantal Acclis, KaShaun Jones, Grant Lozano, and Mariah Lozano; brother, Joseph Lozano of Beaumont; sisters, Julie Molina of Port Arthur and Ruby Dean of Cypress, Texas; and brother-in-law, Archie Day of Beaumont.  

A gathering of Mr. Lozano’s family and friends will begin at 12:00 p.m. with his funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 10, 2017, at Broussard’s. His interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
