I knew Pete my whole life . He was my dad's best friend . We spent many days together , fishing , hunting , and skinning gators back in the day . He always liked to catch trout , but flounder was his favorite . I will truly miss him calling and checking up on me and my family . Pete was one of the best men I've ever known . He knew he could always call me for anything cause I would be there no mater what . He was a great cook and I will miss his red gumbo . If I needed shrimp , he was the man to go to . What a great man he was and I will miss him forever .

Pete is a great inspiration of a loving husband, caring father, and dedicated friend. His skill of knowing when to set the hook on a flounder or buying that winning scratch off were unmatched. He is missed.
