Kenneth “Kenny” L. Eshelman

Kenneth “Kenney” L. Eshelman, 60, of Nederland, died Wednesday, August 23, 2017. He was born on September 17, 1956, in Indiana, to Joyce and Henry Eshelman.

Kenny loved Notre Dame Football and was really an enthusiast of all sports. He collected baseball hats and enjoyed playing cards and Facebook games.

Survivors include his wife, Rhonda Eshelman of Nederland; daughters, Sandy Gaddy and her husband, Eric, of Highlands Ranch, Colorado and Coty Michell and her husband, Jason, of Beaumont; sons, Ira Hetherington of Monroeville, Alabama and Shawn Hetherington and his wife, Heather, of Mobile, Alabama; father, Henry Eshelman; mother, Joyce Scott; sisters, Jo Murry of Walkerton Indiana, Brenda Scott and her husband, Nemo, of Rensselaer, Indiana, Linda Wise, of Phoenix, Arizona, and Julie Chambers and her husband, Bruce, of Phoenix, Arizona; brother, David Wise and his wife, Roxanne, of Phoenix, Arizona; eleven grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made in Mr. Eshelman’s memory to Beaumont Elks Lodge #311, 11431 Highway 90, Beaumont, Texas 77713.

A memorial service for Mr. Eshelman will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements will be under the direction of Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
