Kenneth LaFleur, Sr.

September 13, 1963 - April 7, 2018

Kenneth LaFleur, Sr., 54, of Beaumont, died Saturday, April 7, 2018, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas, Beaumont. A native and lifelong resident of Beaumont, he was born on September 13, 1963, to Janis Marie Trahan and Nolton Joseph LaFleur, Sr. Kenneth was a United States Navy veteran. He was a carpenter with Echo Maintenance and multiple refineries, and most recently at Motiva.

Kenneth is survived by his mother, Janis Marie LaFleur; children, Kenneth LaFleur II and his wife, Nicole; Kevin LaFleur and his wife, Rosalyn; and Andrea LaFleur; grandchildren, Nicholas LaFleur, Nathan LaFleur, Noah LaFleur, Angel LaFleur, and Kayden LaFleur; brothers, Nolton “Joe” LaFleur, Jr. and his wife, Debra and Anthony “Poo” James; sisters, Jeanette Ward and Genora James; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father, Nolton Joseph LaFleur, Sr.

A Rosary for Mr. LaFleur will be recited at 5:30 p.m., with a gathering to follow until 9:00 p.m., Friday, April 13, 2018, at Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer, Winnie. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 14, 2018, at St. Louis Catholic Church, 315 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie. His graveside service will be 11:30 a.m., Monday, April 16, 2018, at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston.
