Our prayers for all Letsa's family. She was a dear person, and our family knew her through our special meals at the J&J. Both she and the restaurant are sweet memories for us. (Our Sears Retirees group also met there for our meetings later.) We're thankful that she is no longer a prisoner of her disease.

I often wondered about this sweet and precious lady after J and J closed. My Husband and I met Letsa when we first started dating and eating at the restaurant. She always greeted us at the door and then came and sat with us . We looked forward to not only the food but our time talking with her. She always had the best advice for us and told us we needed to get married and raise a family. We took her advice and are still together after 40 years. I wish I had known about her passing I would have went and said my goodbye to her. She was always special to us both..
