Manuel Rodriguez, 59, of Beaumont, died Thursday, April 12, 2018. He was born on September 22, 1958, to Antonia Gutierrez Rodriguez and Amado Rodriguez, in Huejotitan, Chihuahua, Mexico.

Survivors include his wife, Veronica Rodriguez; children, Oliver Rodriguez, Mirka Rodriguez, Manuel Alfonso Rodriguez, and Nayely Rodriguez; and grandchildren, Esmeralda Rodriguez and Andres Rodriguez, all of Beaumont; siblings, Soledad Rodriguez of Beaumont; Loren Rodriguez of Mexico; Maria Rodriguez of Beaumont; Jesus Rodriguez, Angela Rodriguez, and Alicia Rodriguez, all of Mexico; Marisela Lugo, Antonia Mejia, and Amado Rodriguez, all of Beaumont.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

A gathering of Mr. Rodriguez’ family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 17, 2018, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. An additional gathering of family and friends will be Wednesday, April 18, 2018, with a rosary recited at 6:00 p.m., at Broussard’s. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 19, 2018, at Cristo Rey Catholic Church, 767 Avenue A, Beaumont, with interment to follow at Live Oak Cemetery, Beaumont.
