To MRs. Rose Hall and your family, My truly heartfelt condolences. I worked with Marlon for several years and he was one of the few that always had smile and a handshake no matter how our day was going. He always took the time to ask how my wife was doing after her stroke and asked how I was doing after she passed away. That left an impression on me of his kind heart. He will truly be missed in a lot of ways and i pray for your strength during this time. Never look down and face the sky because he is looking at you from heaven. Paying for you. and your family.

Marlon and Rose rode with Texas Trail Challenge Club where they always offered to help anyone who needed it. They shared their smiles, their knowledge, their faith and their talents. Their music was inspiring and Marlon donated several beautiful pieces of leather work to the club. His kindness and humble spirit will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with Rose and all of the family for this tremendous loss. We hope that God's peace and comfort will lift you up during this sad time.

Andrew and I are so saddened by this sudden loss. I rejoice that we will see each other again. I have literally known Marlon all of my life as our parents were very good friends, living just blocks apart. I had not seen him for many years until several years ago when we crossed paths again. He visited my mother once when she was in assisted living and that just made her day. I am praying sincerely for you Rose and all of your family. It is a true blessing to me to hear these friends talk of his love for the Lord. God's comfort to you in this sad time and I pray all the wonderful memories will come flooding back so often. Sincerely in Christ's love,

My sister called me today to let me know that Marlon had passed away. I was saddened to hear this. I met Marlon through a mutual friend back in the mid 60's and we became friends. He became a part of a group of us who loved playing sandlot baseball and football. He was always up for a game. Most of us went to French High so we stayed in touch a lot. Like all of us we graduate, get jobs,, have families and move on.. More often than not we tend to lose touch with friends as we go through life. I remember Marlon as a really good guy who was a lot of fun and a good friend. I know he will be missed. My deepest heartfelt sympathy and condolences to his wife and family. I was very fortunate to have known him . Rest easy, my friend..
