Martha Jean McNulty
Martha Jean McNulty, 87, of Winnie, died Thursday, September 07, 2017. She was born March 27, 1930, in Union, Mississippi, to Annie Bee Williamson Matthews and Perry Matthews.
Survived by son, Fred McNulty, of Clark; and daughter, Laurie Ducey, of Kingwood.
She was preceded in death by parents; her husband of fifty-one years, Thomas “Mac” McNulty; sister, Beth Cleveland; daughter-in-law, Cindy McNulty; son-in-law, Jim Ducey; other family members; and friends.
A gathering of Mrs. McNulty’s family and friends will begin at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 12, 2017, followed by her funeral, at 2:00 p.m., at First United Methodist Church, 1708 SH 124, Winnie. A private family interment will be held, with a reception to follow at the church. Services are under the directions of Broussard’s, 2000 McFadden, Beaumont.

I pray for Jean and Mother daily; for God's mercy for them as their endure their respective illnesses. Just this morning I was thinking about the wonderful times Jean and I will have in heaven, not knowing that she was already there! I am sorry for us, but so delighted that her trials are over.Jean has been such a dear friend to our family. I will miss her. Blessings to you, her dear children, as you learn to live without her. But she is not gone, she is home, waiting for you! Death is not the end, but the beginning of eternity with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
