Miranda Maria Leonard

Miranda Maria Leonard, 28, of Fannett, died Friday, June 9, 2017. She was born on July 2, 1988, to Anita Jagneaux Leonard and Donald R. Leonard, in Beaumont. Miranda loved her cat, Baby.

Survivors include her parents, Anita and Donald Leonard of Fannett; brothers, George Leonard and Paula Rodriguez, of Beaumont and Benjamin Leonard of Fannett; nephew, Brantley Leonard; aunts, Susie LeBlanc of Fannett; Tina Hall and her husband, Graydon of Colorado; and Patricia Uptigrove of Beaumont; and uncles, Kermit Jagneaux and his wife, Glenda of Beaumont; Anthony Jagneaux and his wife, Carolyn, of Vidor; and Joseph Jagneaux of Fannett.

She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Marie and George Leonard; maternal grandparents, Irene and Theodore Jagneaux; aunt, Patricia Mouton; and uncle, Michael Jagneaux.

A gathering of Miranda’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., with a Rosary recited at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 13, 2017, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 14, 2017, at Haven of Rest Cemetery, Highway 90 West at Green Pond Road, Beaumont.
