Molly Gerald
Molly Elizabeth Gerald, 69, of Nederland, died Wednesday, November 27, 2019, at Harbor Hospice, Beaumont. She was born October 2, 1950, in Port Arthur, to Gertrude Ruth Lee and Charles Louis Bigler, Sr.
Molly enjoyed crafting and loved her cats. She also found great joy in spending time with her family. For many years, she was devoted to teaching second graders in her Sunday school class. She even made two mission trips to Brazil.
Survivors include her husband, Gary Gerald, of Nederland; sister, Carolyn Hebert and her husband, Alfred, of Tyler; brother, Ronald Bigler and his wife, Charlotte, of Rochester, Pennsylvania; father-in-law, Charles H. Gerald, Jr. and his wife, Ylora, of Port Neches; brother-in-law, Tim Gerald and his wife, Sharon, of Groves; sisters-in-law, Lori Helms and her husband, John, of Plano and Cydney Crooks and her husband, Troy, of Fannett; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and several aunts and uncles.
A gathering of Mrs. Gerald’s family and friends will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Sunday, December 1, 2019, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. Her funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, December 2, 2019, at Broussard’s, with interment to follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park, Port Neches.

Carolyn Bigler Hebert, her sister
In my mind I keep hearing "I love you, Molly" and a reply from you in my mind,' II love you too, sister." Surely there are those who understand how much you will be missed. Molly always said she was shy but far from it she was. Molly shared her many talents and her faith in God. What a beautiful person she was. She slept with me until I married and left home. Her one and only year to TJHS in Port Arthur they loved her and voted her sweetheart. This obit does not have enough room to list all of her talent; and all she did. Molly brought back a dried Parana from the Amazon, one of the mission trips. She brought it around the community and gave talks about her mission trips. That I wish I could have heard.

,Carolyn Hebert asked for prayers for Molly.. So, daily Molly was in my thought and prayers but, the Lord has called her home so, I will have her loved ones in my thoughts and prayers and offer words of comfort. GAIL CISNEROS, COUSIN
I remember the good times we had growing up. She was someone with a heart of gold. I know she is with my sister Debbie as they were together all the time we were growing up. I send my heartfelt condolences to Gary and the Gerald family. Just know she will always be with you.

I remember Molly so clearly from high school - she was one of the sweetest people I ever knew. What a beautiful woman she became - obviously her inner beauty manifested itself outwardly. I am so sad to know she has passed on. I pray for God's comfort for her family during this time of grief - my sincerest condolences to you all.
