Nelda Fay Wolcott
Nelda Fay Wolcott, 87, of Kountze, died Wednesday, May 27, 2020. She was born on October 7, 1932, in Evadale, to Beatrice Beatty Fosha and John Fosha.
Survivors include her son, David Wolcott of Kountze; grandchildren, Christy Crain and her husband, Chester, of Kountze; Brandon Wolcott and his wife, Natalie, of Silsbee; and Lauren Camacho and her husband, Brandon, of La Marque; and great-grandchildren, Keagon Wolcott, Jude Camacho, Ellie Camacho, and Rose Camacho. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Raymond Wolcott; daughter, Linda Wolcott; granddaughter, Amy Allison Wolcott; and sister, Evelyn Monk.
A gathering of Mrs. Wolcott’s family and friends will be 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, May 29, 2020, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee. Her graveside service will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 30, 2020, at Holland Cemetery, Kountze. Please observe social distancing guidelines.

So sorry to hear of Mrs. Wolcott's passing. She was great friends with my grandparents and we went to church together at First Baptist Church in Kountze.. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Saddened to read about Nelda's passing. She was a classmate and close friend. I have special memories of our school days together. Although I had lost contact with her over the years, I still remember those fun times. My prayers are with the family.

I just knew her from Christy but I know she was always sweet loving an made sure when she seen u she spoke to u. I'm sorry for this lose but I want friends an family know god had a plan an reason for calling his daughter her I know she was loved so much too but we need remember that she is in a better happier place :)

Surely hated to hear this, but I talked to her last week and she was in so much pain. No pain now and she with her love and MY SWEET OLD MAN. Have nothing but fun and wonderful memories of them. So sorry we were out of town for our grandson’s graduation and could not come to services.

Just saw today 11/12/2020 and some good memories came rushing back.. Knew Nelda all my life and thought of her as a wonderful lady, always with a smile and a laugh. Her dad worked side by side with mine for over 40 years at the H&H grocery store. Nothing but good memories of her and Raymond, as well as , John and Bea. Sincerest condolences.
