Patricia Kelley

Patricia Louetta Kelley, 84, of Nederland, died Friday, September 7, 2018. She was born on September 7, 1934, in Port Arthur, to Delphia Louise Pedigo and Samuel Wheeler Tobey, Sr. She was an airline ticket agent and a pawn shop owner.

Survivors include her children, Kim Kelley and Scott Kelley and his wife, Lori, all of Houston; and Stacey Cole and her husband, Matt, of Nederland; four grandchildren, Tobey and Tyler Hooks and Blair and Erin Grace Kelley; four great-grandchildren, Tate, Emma, Ella, and Noah Hooks; and brother, Samuel Wheeler Tobey, Jr. and his wife, Jeanette, of Silsbee.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Kelley; parents; and sister, Joanna Tynes.

A committal for Mrs. Kelley will be at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont, at a later date, under the direction of Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland.
