Paul Gillette

Paul Gillette, 78, of Sour Lake, died Wednesday, June 5, 2019. He was born on March 18, 1941, in Port Jervis, New York, to Ona Mae Liddle and Harry Griffin Gillette.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra Gillette, of Sour Lake; sons, Scott Gillette and his wife, Barbara, of Pennsylvania; Todd Gillette and his wife, Stephanie, of Sour Lake; and Adam Gillette and his girlfriend, Kelly Baughman, of Jacksonville, Florida; grandchildren, Austin Gillette; Alexander Gillette; Scott Gillette; Sophia Gillette; Kim Stine and her husband, Kevin; Carlotta Bunker and her husband, Adam; Brittney Ginn and her husband, Erick; Tiffany Aughtman; Brent Ables and his wife, Chasity; and Johnathon Lueck; great-grandchildren, Andrew Stine, Sebastain Paul Gillette, Caitlyn Stine, Haley, Skylar, Kayla, Matthew, Macen, Liam, Caden, Mckenzie, Austin, Lakeley, and Hazel Mae; brothers, Irving Gillette and his wife, Charlotte, of Warminster, Pennsylvania and Bill Gillette and his wife, June, of Colorado Springs, Colorado; sister, Barbara Tousaint, of Pennsylvania; and mother-in-law, Dorothy Nearing, of Pennsylvania.

Paul is preceded in death by his parents; and sisters, Donna Degroat, Irene Paulus, and Susan Gillette.

A memorial service for Mr. Gillette will be at a later date, under the direction of Broussard’s, 530 West Monroe, Kountze. Cremation arrangements were handled by Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
