Richard A Trevino

It is sad to hear of my grandfather passing. It's even harder to deal with when people are purposely neglected or left out, especially at a time when we lose a loved one. My name is Richard Trevino, I am the son of Charles Trevino, who was Rufino Trevino's first born son with his previous wife, Delia. I will never understand why family, especially us Hispanics cant seem to just let things be the way they should and find peace in offering love to one another at a time like this. I used to go see my grandfather, there at his home on Meadowbrook and when I needed him he was there to give me advice in not making the same mistakes he made in his younger years. I will forever be in debted to him for the talks he shared with me and the love he showed myself and my first born daughter, Micaela. It pains me to see that my dad, Charles was left out of this obituary and it pains me even more so to not be able to see my grandfather one last time before he's laid to rest. To whom it may concern, my grandfather had another son, and other grandchildren and even great grandchildren to carry the Trevino name. I don't mean any disrespect, it hurts and this is the time when family is supposed to come together to cope with the loss and move forward. Respectfully, Richard A Trevino
