Rafael Salazar Jr.

Rafael Rosales Salazar, Jr., 70, of Orange, died Sunday, February 28, 2021. He was born on June 26, 1950, in Pierbias Negras, Mexico, to Maria Del Rosario Rosales and Rafael Salazar, Sr.

Rafael enjoyed singing and playing guitar. He also enjoyed cooking, telling jokes and being outdoors. Rafael will be remembered as being a happy person.

Survivors include his brothers, Roberto, Ricardo, Raymond, Reynoldo, and Rolando Salazar Rosales; sisters, Rosa Chandler, Rosario Brown, Rosaura Newton, and Rita Salazar; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host other relatives and friends.

Cremation arrangements for Mr. Salazar have been handled by Broussard’s Crematorium, under the direction of Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont
