Raydyn Jones

Raydyn James Jones, infant son of Casey Jones, died Monday, March 18, 2019. He was born on September 3, 2017, in Beaumont.

Survivors include his father, Casey Jones, of Kountze; grandparents, Katy Jones; Robert Jones; Lauri Philmon; Debra Peterson, of Arkansas; Ray Philmon and his wife, Glenda; Gene Naylor; and Thomas Jones; brother, Malykye Casey Jones, of Lumberton; aunts, Lola Jones, Victoria Jones, Alexis Kilgore; and Melissa Jones, of Colorado; uncles, Robert Jones and his wife, Nicole; Richard Peterson and his wife, Nlicohe Stehura, of Saint Paul, Minnesota; John Alpers and his wife, Jennifer; Steven Scott, Jr., and Lynn McCormier, of Garland; great-aunt, Liz Leger; great-great-grandmothers, Lola Alpes and Arvilla Jones; and numerous other aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Raydyn is preceded in death by his grandfather, Bobby Jones; great-grandfathers, Tilmon Alpers and Leroy Jones; and great-grandmother, E’van Jones.

A gathering of Raydyn’s family and friends will begin at 2:00 p.m., with his funeral service to follow at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, March 24, 2019, at Broussard’s, 530 West Monroe, Kountze. His interment will follow at Williams Cemetery, Warren.
